Tuna Pâté with Shrimps

Use as a sandwich filling or on hot buttered toast as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 small can tuna fish
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 2oz softened butter
  • 1oz fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Black pepper
  • 2oz shrimps

Method

  1. Place tuna fish with oil in basin. Add cream cheese and butter and beat well.
  2. Add lemon juice, breadcrumbs, and pepper and mix.
  3. Add shrimps and mix in.
  4. Turn into suitable containers and fork top. Decorate with parsley and lemon.

Can be frozen.
