Tuna Pâté with Shrimps
Use as a sandwich filling or on hot buttered toast as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 small can tuna fish
- 4oz cream cheese
- 2oz softened butter
- 1oz fresh white breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Black pepper
- 2oz shrimps
Method
- Place tuna fish with oil in basin. Add cream cheese and butter and beat well.
- Add lemon juice, breadcrumbs, and pepper and mix.
- Add shrimps and mix in.
- Turn into suitable containers and fork top. Decorate with parsley and lemon.
Can be frozen.
