Ingredients
- 4oz Caster Sugar
- 8oz Butter
- 10oz Self Raising Flour
- 1oz Chopped Nuts
- 1oz Chopped Cherries
Method
- Cream butter and sugar together until soft and creamy
- Add sieved self raising flour and then nuts and cherries
- Roll into small balls and place on greased trays
- Press down with fork
- Bake for 20 mins at 150C until pale golden. Cool on wire trays.
