Swiss Salad

Ingredients
- 3 large Oranges, segmented
- 3 red Apples, chopped
- Half a Cucumber, chopped
- Bunch of Spring Onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp whipped Double Cream
- Good tablespoon of Mango Chutney
- Juice of half a Lemon
- 1 tbsp Horseradish Sauce
- Shredded Lettuce
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, put all chopped fruit and vegetables except lettuce.
- Mix together mayonnaise, cream, mango chutney, salt and pepper, lemon juice and horseradish sauce. Mix well.
- Put a bed of lettuce on a serving dish.
- Mix dressing into fruit and vegetable and place on lettuce. Decorate with a few pieces of orange and apple.
