Stilton and Walnut Pate

Ingredients
- 8oz white stilton cheese
- 4oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp port
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2oz finely chopped walnuts
- salt and pepper
Method
- Process cream cheese, stilton and port and beat until smooth
- Stir in herbs and seasoning and walnuts
- Turn into dishes and chill (cover in cling film)
