Rhubarb and Orange Crumble

Ingredients
Filling
- 1lbs early rhubarb
- 1tbsp golden syrup
- juice of 1 large orange
- 3oz demerara sugar
Crumble
- 4oz self raising flour
- Rind of orange
- 2oz Butter
- 1oz demerara sugar
Method
- Cut rhubarb into small pieces and place into greased dish
- Heat syrup, juice and sugar until well blended and pour over rhubarb
- Sieve flour, melt in butter, stir in sugar and rind and sprinkle on top of rhubarb
- Level top and bake at 400F/Gas 6 for about 35 minutes
- Decorate with orange slices and serve with cream
