Penrith spiced pepper
Use to flavour all meat dishes and pies. This is a very old recipe made up by Tom Smith of Penrith. Used by many farmers to flavour sausages.

- 1-2 minutes
Ingredients
- ½oz white pepper
- ½oz nutmeg
- ½ ground mace
- 3 level tsp cayenne pepper
Method
- Mix together and keep in airtight jar.
