Honey Dew Salads
Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon or 2 cantaloupes
- 1 x 7.5 can Tuna Fish, drained (or 4oz Prawns)
- 4oz Black Grapes, halved and pipped
- ¼pt Double Cream, whipped
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Lettuce Leaves
- Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Mix together whipped cream, lemon juice and mayonnaise + season.
- Cut melon in half and scoop out flesh (make into balls, drain).
- Mix together melon, tuna & grapes and fold through the dressing. Place back in shells and decorate with paprika.
