Honey Dew Salads

Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon or 2 cantaloupes
  • 1 x 7.5 can Tuna Fish, drained (or 4oz Prawns)
  • 4oz Black Grapes, halved and pipped
  • ¼pt Double Cream, whipped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Mix together whipped cream, lemon juice and mayonnaise + season.
  2. Cut melon in half and scoop out flesh (make into balls, drain).
  3. Mix together melon, tuna & grapes and fold through the dressing. Place back in shells and decorate with paprika.
