Honey Dew and Tuna Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 1 Honey Dew Melon, made into balls
  • 1 x 7.5 can Tuna Fish, drained
  • 4oz Black Grapes, halved and pipped
  • ¼pt Double Cream, whipped
  • 1tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Paprika

Method

  1. Mix together whipped cream, mayonnaise, seasoning and lemon juice.
  2. Drain the melon balls and put into bowl. Add flaked tuna and grapes and fold the dressing through.
  3. Put some shredded lettuce in bottom of cocktail glasses and put some of the tuna mixture on top. Sprinkle on a little paprika for colour.

Serve with brown bread and butter.
