Honey Dew and Tuna Cocktails

Ingredients
- 1 Honey Dew Melon, made into balls
- 1 x 7.5 can Tuna Fish, drained
- 4oz Black Grapes, halved and pipped
- ¼pt Double Cream, whipped
- 1tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2tbsp Mayonnaise
- Shredded Lettuce
- Paprika
Method
- Mix together whipped cream, mayonnaise, seasoning and lemon juice.
- Drain the melon balls and put into bowl. Add flaked tuna and grapes and fold the dressing through.
- Put some shredded lettuce in bottom of cocktail glasses and put some of the tuna mixture on top. Sprinkle on a little paprika for colour.
Serve with brown bread and butter.
