Ingredients

  • 2 red Apples
  • 2 sticks Celery
  • 1 grated Carrot
  • ½ Lemon
  • 2oz Peanuts
  • 2oz Raisins
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped Herbs

Method

  1. Chop apples and place in bowl. Sprinkle over lemon juice.
  2. Chop celery and add, also grated carrot, nuts and raisins.
  3. Toss in mayonnaise, turn into serving dish and garnish with parsley or herbs.
