Health Salad

Ingredients
- 2 red Apples
- 2 sticks Celery
- 1 grated Carrot
- ½ Lemon
- 2oz Peanuts
- 2oz Raisins
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped Herbs
Method
- Chop apples and place in bowl. Sprinkle over lemon juice.
- Chop celery and add, also grated carrot, nuts and raisins.
- Toss in mayonnaise, turn into serving dish and garnish with parsley or herbs.
