Grapefruit and Grape Cocktail

Ingredients
- 3 large grapefruits
- 8oz mixed green and black grapes
- 1oz caster sugar
- 3 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp french mustard
- Lettuce
Method
- Peel and separate grapefruit, cutting between membrane.
- Halve and de-pip the grapes and combine with grapefruit.
- Sprinkle on caster sugar and chill.
- Mix together oil, vinegar, and mustard and beat. Pour over the fruit and stir.
- Make a bed of lettuce and place fruit on top.
To freeze: Pack fruit with dressing into rigid containers, cover and seal.
To serve: Thaw for a least 5 hours and serve as above.
