½ fresh Pineapple, chopped or small can of Pineapple in natural juice
8oz finely shredded white Cabbage
Method
Put mayonnaise, french dressing, mustard, curry powder and mango juice in large bowl and stir to blend.
Add fruit and cabbage and toss in dressing to evenly coat. Turn into serving dish, cover with cling film and chill for about 1 hour before serving to allow flavours to blend.
