Florida Salad

Ingredients
- 8oz Sweetcorn
- 1 chopped Red Pepper
- 8oz chopped Pineapple (tinned or fresh)
- 4 slices Celery, chopped
- 4tbsp Mayonnaise
- Juice of half a Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Prepare pepper, celery and pineapple & place in bowl. Add sweetcorn.
- Mix together mayonnaise and lemon & stir into salad.
Editors Note: A note exists alongside this recipe indicating that you can halve all of the quantities to make half the amount, and that if you do this then you should use a tablespoon of lemon juice in place of the lemon half.
