Easter Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 3tbsp Orange Marmalade
- 3tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1tbsp White Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
- 12oz Shredded white cabbage
- 3 segmented Oranges (or tin of mandarins)
- Bunch of spring onions, chopped
- 4oz Grapes
Method
- Combine marmalade, mayonnaise, white vinegar and seasoning and mix well.
- In a large bowl, mix together cabbages, oranges and onions.
- Add any juice collected from oranges to dressing and fold through cabbage mixture. Chill until ready to use, turn into serving dishes and scatter with grapes.
Editors note: This recipe had a bunch of pen on it originally which (we believe) indicates that the intention was to use grapes in this recipe, however the original recipe made reference to nuts - maybe Sheila changed her mind about this recipe after printing?
