Curried Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Salad Cream or Mayonnaise
- 1 rounded tsp Curry Powder or Curry Paste
- ½ small white Cabbage, shredded
- 2 grated Carrots
- 1 grated Onion
- 2oz Salted Peanuts
- 2oz Sultanas
Method
- Mix salad cream with curry.
- Mix together cabbage, carrot and onion and mix well.
- Add nuts and sultanas.
- Mix curried cream into coleslaw and mix well. Chill.
Can be frozen for up to six months. Thaw overnight and mix again.
