Cider Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1oz grated cheese
- 1 ½ lbs potatoes
- ¼ pint Cider
- Butter
Method
- Peel and thinly slice potatoes
- Put a layer of potatoes in buttered casserole and cover with cheese
- Repeat with potatoes and pour over cider, top with a dab of butter
- Bake 400F, gas 6 for one and a half hours or until potatoes tender.
- Cover at end to prevent getting too brown.
