Chocolate and Walnut Cookies

Ingredients
- 3oz Butter or Margarine
- 3oz Soft Brown Sugar
- 3oz Granulated Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Water
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 Egg
- 6oz Self Raising Flour
- 2oz chopped Walnuts
- 4oz Chocolaete Drops
Method
- Cream together butter and sugar, essence and water until soft and light.
- Gradually beat in egg then flour.
- Add chocolate and nuts and mix well together.
- Place teaspoons on greased trays and cook for 10-12 minutes at 175C.
- Cool on wire trays.
