American Hot Chicken Salad
This recipe was supposed to have been one of Mrs Nixon's favourites in the 'white house'.

Ingredients
- 4 Cups cooked Chicken, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ¾ Cup Mayonnaise
- ½ Cup Chopped Celery
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- ¾ Cup Condensed Chicken Soup (Campbells)
- 1 Teaspoon Chopped Onion
- 2 Tins Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Cup grated Cheese
- ⅔ Cop of roasted Almonds
- ½ Cup crushed potato crisps
Method
- Mix together all ingredients except cheese, almonds and crisps.
- Place the mixture in a large (lasagne type) baking dish. Stand in the fridge overnight.
- Mix together cheese, crisps and almonds and cook for 20 minutes at 375F, 190C, Gas Mark 5 until browned
