Ingredients
- 1 cup All Bran
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup suagr
- 1 cup dried fruit
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- Pinch salt
Method
- Put All Bran, sugar, fruit, and milk in basin, stir well, cover, and leave overnight.
- Beat in flour and salt, and turn into a well-greased and lined 1lb loaf tin. Bake for 1 hour at Gas 4, 350° elec.
